“Smoke-Enhanced Bar Food” is more than our tag line, it’s our food identity. Chicken is great, but smoked chicken can be mind-blowing. Same with pork, beef and even veggies. A few hours of cold or hot smoke can elevate any dish. Each of our daily specials feature one of our signature smoked meats. We go low and slow! Our scratch made rubs, injections, brines and sauces are paired perfectly with quality proteins. We use a variety of wood, each imparts its own taste and aroma. Our specials are for those who love food, no rules, no boundaries or stigmas, it just taste good!
We honor, and are inspired by many different cuisines of the world. Our recipes are a fusion of cultures and flavors.

#MACMONDAY
Sometimes it’s with smoked brisket, sometimes it’s smoked pork shoulder, sometimes it’s smoked chicken, but EVERY time it’s delicious! Elbow macaroni, 5 different cheeses, topped with our homemade sauces.

#TACOTUESDAY
We have more than a dozen original street taco recipes. From Jamaican jerk chicken and Korean fried chicken to smoked carnitas and beef birria. Alaskan Cod or falafel. We rotate, so there are two different choices each Tuesday.

#WINGWEDNESDAY
Maple-smoked whole wings served with seasoned fries. Our Alabama white sauce is a family recipe, paired with house BBQ. A filling 2-pound plate.

#CUBANOTHURSDAY
Apple cider injected pork shoulder smokes for 14 hours before being pulled. Add some grilled ham and you’ve got the start of a fantastic, hot-pressed sandwich. Melted Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard and mojo round out this classic.

What’s better than a basket of French fries?? How about a basket of fries topped with some juicy, smoked meats! We rotate proteins, but whether its corned beef, or chicken, we know you’ll love it!

Tiny meat sandwiches guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Served with seasoned fries. Corned beef, brisket, sausage, chicken or pulled pork, we rotate weekly. Variety is the spice of life!
