Jill has over 20 years high-volume restaurant experience. Over 15 years in Las Vegas Nevada, the hospitality capital of the world. She has managed for celebrity chefs and large corporate chains. From fine-dining to fast-casual and everything in between. Loved and respected by bussers, servers and bartenders alike, her positivity and light touch management style are perfect complements to our team. Jill is comfortable in all aspects of front and back of house operations, specializing in event planning and pull tabs.

Our guests love Jade! Her friendly, energetic style of service is perfect to lead our team and set the tone. She is a two-time finalist for both “Best Bartender” AND “Best Server” in Kent. Jade has over 8 years’ experience and has been part of our team since 2017. She coordinates all of our pool, dart and card leagues. Jade is in constant contact with guests, ensuring our standards are being met. She is also charged with the day-to-day communications between the bar staff and ownership.

Draya has over 10 years of corporate restaurant experience and has seamlessly made the transition to a small local bar. Draya is our daytime supervisor; she lends her artistic talents to many aspects of what we do here and is Jill’s #2 with pull tab operations. She’s been part of our crew since 2019 and has a rare “team first” attitude. A devoted wife and mother, she even lets us borrow her husband Scotty for an occasional shift when we are in a pinch.

Matt has nearly 30 years of kitchen experience under his belt. A master of all things breakfast, he’s the biggest reason we were named a finalist for “Best Breakfast” in Kent the last 3 years. Under his leadership this bar’s food sales have tripled over the last 6 years. Matt handles all orders and coordinates with food vendors. He ensures all kitchen staff follow our recipes, procedures, and standards. One of the most reliable members of our team, Matt has been here over 20 years and rarely misses a day!

The handiest of the Tate brothers, it only makes sense that Jamar helps with the management of the actual facility. Bars and restaurants need constant maintenance, he leads the effort. A tradesman, he was talked into helping his little brother maintain the bar. With his welding, painting, and construction backgrounds he keeps the place looking good. A trustworthy set of eyes and hands, he’s a utility player who is active in a lot of areas, from bartending to security.

Isaiah is the diplomat of the Tate brothers, so it only makes sense that he would be our liaison to the local community. Isaiah has been working closely with city officials, Kent Kiwanis, and other local nonprofits to help in our neighborhood. He is a point person on all of our quarterly fundraisers. A natural communicator with a strong sales background, he was talked into helping his little brother grow the bar. A trustworthy set of eyes and hands, he’s a utility player who is active in a lot of areas, from bartending to security.
